Lovers of the Arctic Circle follows the decades-sprawling romance of step-siblings Otto and Ana. Beginning in childhood and lasting all throughout their teen years until they are ultimately separated. The lovers go on with their own lives, occasionally meeting through a series of coincidences. Julio Medem explores the ideas of fate and longing in this beautiful Spanish romance. There is no better film to yearn with this winter than this true hidden gem.
