Biography :
Grew up in Shiraz, Iran. Immigrated to Canada in 2014 and settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba Where I studied Science first, later transitioning to film studies in UManitoba where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Film studies with a minor in Classics. I later did one supplementary year in film studies in UCalgary. Research-wise I'm interested in Iranian Cinema and its interpretation in relation to its political and cultural background.
