Free Friday Films are a tradition here at the University of Toronto. Our Cinema Studies Student Union has been putting together awesome bills for over two decades!
Birdboy: The Forgotten Children (2015) is a horror, coming-of-age animated film written and directed by Alberto Vázquez and Pedro Rivero based on the comic Psiconautas by Vázquez. It follows Birdboy and his animal friends as they escape from a post-apocalyptic, fantastical island.
Short film, Carnal Orient (2016) will screen before the feature length film.
