Free Friday Films are a tradition here at the University of Toronto. Our Cinema Studies Student Union has been putting together awesome bills for over two decades!
The film will either be screened in Innis Town Hall following COVID guidelines or outdoors at Innis College. Check CINSSU social media for updates.
Cats is a 2019 musical fantasy film based on the 1981 Tony Award-winning stage musical of the same name by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The film was a box-office bomb, grossing $75 million on a budget of $80–100 million, and is estimated to have lost Universal Pictures approximately $114 million.
