“Media and/as Infrastructure, A Symposium,” is a two-day virtual symposium co-organized by three graduate students: Meghan Romano (University of Toronto), Joni Hayward Marcum (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) and Tanya Goldman (Sarah Lawrence College/New York University). The symposium brings together scholars from a range of disciplines to put considerations of infrastructural materiality in dialogue with aesthetics and form, including two keynote speakers: Brian Larkin and Nicole Starosielski. This event will take place virtually from Friday, April 29-Saturday April 30, 2022. A detailed schedule can be found below. It is free and open to all. Registration is required. A Zoom invitation will be sent to registered attendees closer to the event date.
